Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the continental United States only.

We do not ship to:

Alaska and Hawaii
U.S. overseas territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, etc.)
Military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)
International destinations outside the United States

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order value.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery Exceptions and Handling

In case of delivery exceptions such as carrier delays, customs holds, or other unexpected issues, we will attempt to resolve them with the carrier.

Address Error Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. We are not liable for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Package Lost or Missing

If a package is reported lost by the carrier, we will work with the shipping provider to investigate.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Carriers

Orders may be delivered by major carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other logistics partners depending on destination and service availability.
