Return Eligibility

At Orenvale, we want customers to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging and tags
  • Not show signs of damage caused by improper use

Customized items, clearance products, or items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

After your request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide the return address and detailed instructions. Please do not return items without prior approval.

Return Shipping Fee

A standard return shipping fee of $8 USD applies to most returns. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs

Seller Responsibility (We cover the $8 return fee):

  • Wrong item sent
  • Product arrived damaged or defective
  • Product does not match the description

In these cases, we will provide a full refund or replacement and cover return shipping.

Buyer Responsibility:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordered the wrong item
  • No longer wanted

In these cases, the customer is responsible for the $8 return shipping fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Returned after 30 days
  • Missing original packaging
  • Unauthorized returns
