These Terms govern access to https://orenvale.com and purchases from Orenvale, a brand of Jingdezhen Chentian Ceramics Co., Ltd.（景德镇市辰天陶瓷有限公司）.

Using the site or placing an order means you accept these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund policies.

The merchant

We design and sell ceramic vases, planters, and related tabletop decor. The company is registered in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi, China. The Oxnard, California address on our site is for correspondence only—not a U.S. headquarters or warehouse claim.

Who may use the store

You should be 18 or older (or supervised by a parent/guardian) and able to form a binding contract. Provide accurate checkout information.

Accounts

If you open an account, keep credentials confidential and tell us about unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Acceptable use

Shop for lawful personal purposes. Do not attack the site, scrape it in a harmful way, upload malware, impersonate others, or reuse our photos and text for your own commercial catalog without permission.

Ceramics and resin pieces may show slight variation in glaze, color, or texture. Dimensions on the product page are approximate. We may correct listing errors and cancel affected orders with a refund of amounts paid for canceled items.

Price and payment

Prices are in USD and may change before checkout completes. Taxes may apply by shipping destination. Payment is collected at checkout through the methods we enable. We may refuse orders that look fraudulent or cannot be fulfilled.

Delivery

Shipping follows the Shipping Policy and is limited to the continental United States. Timeframes are estimates. Fragile goods should be inspected on arrival; report transit damage promptly with photos.

Returns

The Refund Policy controls returns. Authorization is required before you ship anything back.
